Head of ceasefire anti-violence group charged with domestic battery.
CeaseFire Illinois is one of those rabid gun hating groups. They seem to have found a way to suck a million dollars out of the City of Chicago. Supposedly to "help end gang violence". By hiring convicted felons to talk to the gang bangers. Since this years murder rate seems to be on track with the last couple of years, how's that working out for them? I guess the little thug they elected as Mayor isn't working out so well. Another case of thugs supporting thugs. They should evacuate all of the law abiding citizen, throw a fence around the whole mess and air drop gun and ammo once a week. The problem will eventually solve itself.
Gun Owners of America is still fighting the Toomey-Manchin Charlie Foxtrot that is their supposed background check bill. David Codrea pointed out the e-mail GOA sent out. If you are not a member of GOA, it's only $20 a year. Together with the NRA it's two of the beat memberships you can have. The head of the CeaseFire Illinois anti-violence group is in police custody in west suburban Hillside, charged with domestic battery, and the arrest could threaten the organization’s funding from the city of Chicago.

Evacuate all the "law abiding citizens"?? Since government creates thousands of laws every year, and it's now virtually impossible to not violate a law, I suppose nobody would be evacuated. Unless of course you plan to set up some trials and round everyone up and make them prove they haven't violated any laws!
