THE FOUR RULES

1. ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED.

2. NEVER POINT YOUR MUZZLE AT SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY.

3. KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET AND YOU ARE READY TO SHOOT.

4. KNOW YOUR TARGET AND WHAT'S BEYOND.

Winston Churchill said
"A GENTLEMAN, SELDOM, IF EVER, NEEDS A GUN.
BUT WHEN HE DOES, HE NEEDS IT VERY BADLY!"
Si Vis Paceum Para Bellum

Sam Adams, more than beer

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen”
Samuel Adams

Lincoln on power

"We must prevent these things being done, by either congresses or courts — The people — the people — are the rightful masters of both Congresses, and courts — not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it —" Abraham Lincoln

The ATF is in serious trouble

http://www.examiner.com/gun-rights-in-national/a-journalist-s-guide-to-project-gunwalker

This link takes you to a very informative time line for the “gunwalker” scandal. The Obama administration is going into fits to try and do as much damage control as they can. It’s going to be interesting to see who gets thrown under the bus as this unfolds. It’s not looking good for the Chicago gang.
Napolitano, that paragon of virtue, claims to not know anything about what’s going on. It’s real good when the head of homeland security claims to be dumber than a bag of rocks about something as important as National security. She claims ignorance as to why CBP agent Terry was carrying beanbag rounds on the night he died. Are we sending agents out with less than lethal protection against drug thugs with rifles and pistols? If we are in a war, why are we not giving the troops the best possible tools to work with? Beanbag rounds against real guns, what a concept. At the least, these guys should be carrying M16’s. Of course she has also told us the southern boarder is more secure than ever.

AG Holder has told Senator Grassley and others to piss off. That’s not going over too good with Senator Chuck. I don’t blame him a bit, I would be mad too. The CCRKBA has demanded that Holder either investigate and enforce the law or resign. Guess which one I choose? Remember, Holder was the AAG in charge of the Waco disaster. He really covered his self with glory there. All of those dead women and children lying at his feet. And don’t forget the cold blooded murder of Vicky Weaver and their 13 year old son at Ruby Ridge. The government is good about murdering innocents to advance their agenda. Holder hadn't even been sworn in two years ago and started talking about gun bans. Nothing like telling everyone what you want.

The White House is denying any knowledge of what’s going on. It’s possible they didn’t, but what does that say about the way they run their administration? This could very possibly kill the nomination of Andrew Traver as head of ATF. The rabidly anti-gun Traver is nowhere near the right choice to run a organization that is in charge of America’s gun laws and enforcement. Everyone should be writing your Senators about this. The Senate needs to deny his nomination to head ATF. Let’s send this turd back to Chicago where he belongs. Maybe he and Holder can open a janitorial business together. I’m looking for Obama and company to be doing some serious butt covering over this.
Now, in one of the latest developments, the Mexican Government is demanding answers to some pretty tough questions. They say 150 Mexican nationals have been murdered with guns smuggled under the watchful eye of ATF. I don’t know where they got their number, but I’m betting it’s a lot higher than that. And since this is crossing a International border, where’s Hillary? Isn’t the state department’s job to handle international matters? Why hasn’t the state department made a statement? Damage control. Two words a bunch of people had better learn the meaning of. There’s going to be a lot of that in the near future. Especially now that the Mexicans are wanting to extradite some of the ATF’s main actors to Mexico. The thought of some of these people spending time in a Mexican prison just warms my heart.
There is one named hero in all of this, John Dodson. So far he is the only ATF agent to allow his name to be used in the media. John Dodson, an ATF agent in Phoenix who worked on the Fast and Furious effort and became alarmed enough to alert Senate investigators, said in an interview that the number of guns sold to known traffickers under the eyes of the ATF was so large that it was "impossible" the agency didn't know the weapons were going to Mexico. The higher ups at ATF wanted the guns to go to Mexico. They wanted to catch them south of the border so they could “trace” them back to the US. Their twofold mission was to 1. Inflate the number of guns traced so they could beg more money. And 2. They want to impose more rules on gun dealers and create de-facto registration on anyone that purchases more than one long gun at a time. There is already a rule that the sale of 2 or more handguns in a 5 day period must be reported. This was written into the GCA68. It is also a registration scheme against purchasers of handguns. Now they want to extend it.

The dealers involved in this fiasco notified the ATF about their suspicions. The ATF insisted that the sales go through so they could track the guns. Gun dealers know that when ATF speaks we have to listen. They have total power over dealers and we know it. It’s going to be so much fun to see a out of control government agency get raked over the coals.
