The attack on Pearl Harbor^{[nb 4]} was a surprise military strike by the Imperial Japanese Navy against the United States naval baseat Pearl Harbor, in the United States Territory of Hawaii, on the morning of December 7, 1941. The attack led to the United States' entry into World War II.

Called to serve; Dad was the youngest at 16. Somehow he lied about his age and got into the Navy.

So to placate the NYT editorial board, I'm supposed to turn in all of my guns? Yeah, that's not going to happen. There isn't a single person of the 19 on the editorial board that will be the first in the door to confiscate guns. Why is that? Because we have had enough and if that time ever came, what few Enforcers are left, someone is going to die. Be it private citizen or government enforcer and probably both.



The editorial board need to take a look in their own back yard. In Connecticut and New York, they have passed very strict gun laws that require the registration of so called "assault weapons". The compliance rate in both states is hovering around 10%. 90% of the gun owners have told the states to piss off. Enforcement is at zero because most of the cops, the ones that are going to have to go through the door, have said no. They don't want to draw straws to see who is going to be the first to die.
