THE FOUR RULES

1. ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED.

2. NEVER POINT YOUR MUZZLE AT SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY.

3. KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET AND YOU ARE READY TO SHOOT.

4. KNOW YOUR TARGET AND WHAT'S BEYOND.

Winston Churchill said
"A GENTLEMAN, SELDOM, IF EVER, NEEDS A GUN.
BUT WHEN HE DOES, HE NEEDS IT VERY BADLY!"
Si Vis Paceum Para Bellum

Sam Adams, more than beer

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen”
Samuel Adams

Lincoln on power

"We must prevent these things being done, by either congresses or courts — The people — the people — are the rightful masters of both Congresses, and courts — not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it —" Abraham Lincoln

The Vulgar Curmudgeon: Proof That The Rule Of Law Is Dead In This Country...

The Vulgar Curmudgeon: Proof That The Rule Of Law Is Dead In This Country...: If this does not convince you that the entire Justice system is rigged then you need to get examined for being self delusional. The ENTIRE...

The taxpayers are going top take it right up the ass. If I lived there, I'd be more than a little pissed. I would be demanding jobs and arrests. If I'm going to have to pay for their bullshit, I would want it to be worth the high cost. The DA and all 250 prosecutors should be tried, found guilty and jailed and all of their minions under them should be tried, fined and fired. If they would do it, the voters could fire the sheriff at the next election. Of course Cali. has a recall option too. They could recall his ass.

It makes you wonder just how many other places are also doing this.

Discretionary Concealed Carry Permit Systems Value Money Over Lives

Discretionary Concealed Carry Permit Systems Value Money Over Lives

DC needs to get over themselves. Denying a right isn't working out too well for them.

WHEN THEY COME FOR THE SMALLER GROUPS. . . .

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
Martin Niemöller’s words delivered a painful sting to his fellow pastors in postwar Germany. These words clearly spoke the truth: the guilt for the desolation of Germany lied on their shoulders. From the very beginning of the Nazi movement, the pastors were silent, or complicit, or even openly collaborating with it. Very few of them stood up to the Nazis. If more did, Germany could have been spared the desolation.

Read this and understand what our government is doing.

The government never has the resources and the manpower to terrorize the whole society. State terrorism, therefore, is done by separating and marginalizing social groups: first smaller groups, then larger groups, until each group is subdued.
Divide and conquer, A tried and true tactic of governments since the beginning of time.

The massacre in Waco of a few days ago bears all the marks of this tactics. A group is picked so small and marginal that most people won’t associate with them. The group is then marginalized and demonized, and all kinds of false accusations are said about them – violence, illegal drugs, illegal weapons, etc. Then, when the group is so marginalized that the majority of the population won’t trust them, and won’t take their word for anything, the government ambushes them and guns them down. The group is scared and subdued. The police are trained and conditioned to not question orders – they will need that conditioning for later, when the “enemy” is moms, or old people, or kids.
And the public? The public is conditioned to disengage. “I didn’t say anything because I was not a biker.”

Not a biker? Then you have nothing to worry about. Gun owner? One of the most targeted groups there is. Look at all of the organizations that keep clamoring for more "common sense" gun control.  It's a first step. Registration first. Then the government will have a list.  Then will come confiscation. Some will comply and like sheep they will turn their guns over to the government. The ones that don't will be targeted for a early morning raid by the local SWAT team. And  if a gun owner that resists is killed? No big deal.

What about home schoolers. Another small group to be isolated and persecuted. After all, the aren't submitting their children to the government indoctrination center. We can't have the youngsters learning about things like the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Can't happen here you say? Ask the Jews, or the Kulacks. Wait, you can't because there were murdered by their own governments. Kind of like the way our government murdered the Branch Davidians. Burned to death for their beliefs.

The pattern is clear: Since the American public is too large an elephant to eat, it must be subdued in small bites: black inner city kids, bikers, off-the-gridders, Christian activists, gun-owners, etc. Every time, the group must be small enough and marginalized enough so that the general population find it easy and safe to disengage.
When they come for you, others will remain silent and passive because they are not you. There will be no one to speak out for you. And yes, it can happen here.

 Remember this passage from Gulag Archipelago;

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin's thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn't love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

A Letter From Summer Camp

Off to the doctor this morning. Here's a funny to keep you amused.

 Dear Mom,

Our Scoutmaster told us to write to our parents in case you saw the flood on TV and got worried. We are okay. Only one of our tents and 2 sleeping bags got washed away. Luckily, none of us got drowned because we were all up on the mountain looking for Adam when it happened.

Oh yes, please call Adam's mother and tell her he is okay. He can't write because of the cast. I got to ride in one of the search and rescue Jeeps. It was great. We never would have found Adam in the dark if it hadn't been for the lightning.

Scoutmaster Ted got mad at Adam for going on a hike alone without telling anyone. Adam said he did tell him, but it was during the fire so he probably didn't hear him. Did you know that if you put gas on a fire, the gas will blow up?

The wet wood didn't burn, but one of the tents did and also some of our clothes.
Matthew is going to look weird until his hair grows back.

We will be home on Saturday if Scoutmaster Ted gets the bus fixed. It wasn't his fault about the crash. The brakes worked okay when we left. Scoutmaster Ted said that with a bus that old, you have to expect something to break down; that's probably why he can't get insurance.

We think it's a super bus. He doesn't care if we get it dirty, and if it's hot, sometimes he lets us ride on the bumpers. It gets pretty hot with 45 people in a bus made for 24. He let us take turns riding in the trailer until the policeman stopped and talked to us.

Scoutmaster Ted is a neat guy. Don't worry, he is a good driver. In fact, he is teaching Horace how to drive on the mountain roads where there aren't any cops. All we ever see up there are huge logging trucks.

This morning all of the guys were diving off the rocks and swimming out to the rapids. Scoutmaster Ted wouldn't let me because I can't swim, and Adam was afraid he would sink because of his cast (it's concrete because we didn't have any plaster), so he let us take the canoe out. It was great. You can still see some of the trees under the water from the flood.

Scoutmaster Ted isn't crabby like some scoutmasters. He didn't even get mad about the life jackets. He has to spend a lot of time working on the bus so we are trying not to cause him any trouble.

Guess what? We have all passed our first aid merit badges. When Andrew dived into the lake and cut his arm, we all got to see how a tourniquet works.

Steve and I threw up, but Scoutmaster Ted said it was probably just food poisoning from the left-over chicken. He said they got sick that way with food they ate in prison. I'm so glad he got out and became our scoutmaster. He said he sure figured out how to get things done better while he was doing his time By the way, what is a pedal-file?

I have to go now. We are going to town to post our letters and buy some more beer and ammo. Don't worry about anything. We are fine and tonight it's my turn to sleep in the Scoutmaster's tent.

MOMS DEMAND ACTION WITNESS CAUGHT MISLEADING TEXAS STATE SENATORS DURING TESTIMONY

A woman testifying for Moms Demand Action has been called on the carpet for misleading the Texas Senate for implying by omission that the tragic killing of her husband by her son resulted from the use of a firearm. In reality, her son killed his father with a pipe wrench and a knife. The fact that her son owned what she called “an arsenal” had no bearing on the murder.
A arsenal? She has no knowledge what that word even means. She might have meant a "cache", an assortment of guns of various types. A arsenal is a collection of guns that are all the same. Our arsenal in the Marines had M16's, 45 Auto pistols and short barrel pump shotguns.

Open Carry Texas (OCT) has produced a short video which contrasts the woman’s testimony at the Capitol with newspaper and television reports about the murder, and her son’s trial.

Leslie Ervin testified before the Texas Senate State Affairs Committee that day. She was wearing a Moms Demand Action t-shirt at the time. Her entire testimony can be seen on the official Texas Senate video. Her testimony begins at about the 33 minute mark in the video.
Ervin told the Senators who sit on the Committee that her paranoid schizophrenic son Lex had attempted to purchase guns from a local gun store on his 18th birthday. She said she was happy when McBride’s Gun Shop in Austin called her and told her that her son appeared unstable and they would not sell him any guns. She said she was happy because she “thought this was the way the system worked.”
She said she then called the Austin Police Department (APD), which told her that her son has a right to buy firearms.
Ervin then told the Senate State Affairs Committee that her son went to Big Box Stores and bought “an arsenal of guns.” She called the store, but said “there was nothing I could do to stop them.”  She testified that the store told her it was her son’s right to purchase firearms, and without a court order she could do nothing to prevent it.
And then, the misdirection.

After delivering this testimony, Ervin immediately told the Senate Committee that on September 18, 2013, her son killed her husband. She did not inform the committee that her son killed her husband with a metal pipe wrench and a knife.
The reasonable and natural inference from her story was that her son murdered her husband with a firearm. Ervin never clarified that her husband was killed by other means

Because her son was a nut job (now adjudicated mentally ill by the court and can no longer own a gun) You and I should be disarmed. I've got news for her. I have several examples of the pipe wrenches her son used. I bought them without any back ground checks of any kind. I've got a 24" one out there that will crush a skull with just a little effort.

Just like her bosses, This is another liar. Fits right in with Bloomberg and Watts.

PETA Demands Bar Change Its Name Because ‘Ye Olde Fighting Cocks’ Is Offensive to Chickens

PETA demands bar change-its name because ye olde fighting cocks offensive to chickens

Some of the things people get bent out of shape about just amazes me.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals sent a letter to the oldest bar in Britain on Monday demanding that it change its historic name because “Ye Olde Fighting Cocks” is offensive to chickens. PETA director Mimi Bekhechi said the name should be changed to “Ye Olde Clever Cocks” because that would “celebrate chickens as the intelligent, sensitive and social animals they are,” according to an article in the Mirror. The pub is Britain’s oldest, according to Guinness World Records, and has had the name since 1872.

Thanks to Proof for the chickens.
