David Codrea has a excellent article.
This simple message is one that we should be sending to all of our congress critters.
Start with Rep. Steve Stockman's bill to repeal "gun free school zones," one of the few introduced this session that make sense, advance liberty and can actually make a difference. He introduced it on January 3, and it's only got three co-sponsors so far.

Sir,
Representative Steve Stockman has introduced a bill, HR 35, the safe schools act to do away with the gun free zones in schools. As we have learned, from Columbine to Newtown, the killers have plenty of time to commit their atrocities. At Newtown, the killer had 20 minutes and committed suicide as soon as someone with a gun showed up. Keeping these gun free zones is just a advertisement for psychopaths that they have a hunting preserve. I would hope that you would consider joining Rep. Stockman as a co-sponsor to his bill.
Vilifying a inanimate object for the crimes of someone that is mentally disturbed is not the answer. We know that criminals will commit their crime in whatever way they have to. The Bath massacre in Michigan in the 20's was the worst school massacre in American history, The perpetrator used explosives. The New York night club massacre was perpetrated with a can of gas and matches.
Please join in the fight to keep our rights and keep the country free. I also ask you to oppose any bills that will infringe on the right that preserves the others.
Respectfully,
Robert Fowler
